Great Day Fellow Truth Seekers,
How is your summer going so far? Thank you for taking a moment to read some words. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to write about this time, and I feel called to share about an incredible mushroom journey that I just experienced with a company called LifeCraft and the word TRUST came in. It was a big one, 8.2 grams, and it was one of my top 5 most challenging journeys. Greg, who is the founder and lead therapist, was my guide. I want to say this before I get started: please never sit alone with any psychedelic experience, as it is very unsafe to do so, and it may open you up to forces/energies that may not be for your highest and greatest good. Who you choose to support you is beyond important as well. Choose someone you trust explicitly. Thank you.

With my experience with Greg at LifeCraft, I leaned into trusting like never before and welcomed in his healthy masculine presence, which I have had very limited exposure to in my lifetime. My journey was incredibly challenging, embracing the shadow aspects of myself. I wanted to press the eject button at one point. In the midst of the difficulty, I lifted my eye mask up and asked Greg if I had peaked yet, and he said no, and I said holy fuck!!! lol I courageously went back in and faced myself in ways that I can not put into words. What I do know is that I took a stand. I pierced the sword of light into Mother Earth, and the swirling energy of light and dark became one….no separation. I honor every aspect of my life and this existence thus far. My two kitties, Jagz and Savaz, were there for me.…they knew I was going through the depths of darkness and they sat on top of me, supporting me. Such an incredible experience.
Before I sat with Greg, we spent some time creating a beautiful safe space with hypnotherapy. During the hypnotherapy, he also created a special music playlist based on my energy and needs, which was extremely helpful during my experience to assist me in moving through challenging moments. His care and attention was incredibly supportive and nurturing, and to top it off, he provided the most nourishing foods after that he offers to the world, called NutritionCraft. He also made me a mala bracelet of crystals to wear during my experience. The pre- and post-integration support with hypnotherapy solidified this entire experience with safety and trust. Trusting like never before has opened my heart in such a way that now I can trust my instincts and life even more, which opens life up to more beautiful possibilities.
