Silence

“I often regret that I have spoken; never that I have been silent.” – Publilius Syrus

In silence, we disconnect from language and behaviour. We disconnect from our character that often reacts unconsciously. Detaching from the character that has agendas and expectations. Removing all distraction forces us to be with what is. No matter how it may manifest. The stimulating effect of Iboga keeps us awake and still so the opportunity for meditative relation to our inner core is amazing. We spiral inward on a staircase of resistance and acceptance. One giving way to the other descending ever closer toward complete surrender. Silence keeps our behaviour neutralized so our thoughts and emotions can rise, be watched and then dissolve. All without engaging behaviour or distraction. A deeply insightful experience.

“Everything that’s created comes out of silence. Thoughts emerge from the nothingness of silence. Words come out of the void. Your very essence emerged from emptiness. All creativity requires some stillness.” – Wayne Dyer
